JW Anderson Brings London to You in UNIQLO Lifewear F/W 2020. JW Anderson once again collaborates with UNIQLO in a collection that brings the British fall season to you.

British designer Jonathan Anderson continues with his collaboration with UNIQLO in their latest Fall/Winter collection that’s to be released as part of the brand’s LifeWear line. In this release, JW Anderson taps into his British roots in creating a line that’s perfect for the fall season.

“The theme of this newest collection is A Day in London,” says Anderson in a release, “It builds on The Great British Outdoors theme from the Fall/Winter 2019 Lifewear collection through LifeWear that reimagines British Classics when exploring London, especially through the iconic checkered prints and duffle coats.”

The collection includes essential fall pieces including sweaters, shirt-dresses, and even backpacks. Fitting with fall, pieces of the collection stick with the familiar palette of fall colours we know: shades of olive, grey, navy and neutrals.

Some pieces from the collection are even trendy enough to be style into streetwear styles like the flannel checked shirt that consists of several different checkered prints meshed into one patchwork of a shirt. Which doesn’t come as a surprise, seeing as the “A Day in London” theme was imagined with how one would dress whilst doing day-to-day activities in the city of London, whether it’s going for groceries or just chilling in a coffee shop,

But don’t worry, with most of us in the world spending the fall season at the comforts of our home, pieces from the collection are cosy enough to be used for lounging at home, like the striped lambswool sweater and the souffle yarn relaxed pants.

The UNIQLO x JW Anderson Fall/Winter 2020 will be available in stores starting from the 16th of October. (Text Vanya Harapan)
