A short escape into David Bowie’s otherworldly teaser for his upcoming album. According to The Times, “Blackstar may be the oddest work yet from Bowie.”

The legendary, David Bowie will be celebrating his upcoming 69th birthday in January by releasing new album called, “★” (pronounced ‘Blackstar’). In the meantime, he teases us with 30 seconds long video full of eerie after world vibes directed by Johan Renck, the man behind Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead, who has done a few creative project with Madonna, Suede and The Libertines. The short film trailer features a random and disturbing footage, from a girl who walks into an abandoned ruins, crucified scarecrows, half-naked men who is convulsing to the beat of drum, to David Bowie himself looking creepy while holding a bible with Blackstar symbol emblazoned on the cover.
